Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay in anwser. When I select the Add-On screen it's empty and it says 'There's no game content you can manage.'.
When I check my transaction history on the PlayStation Store I can see a successful code redemption on 'STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Pre-Order Content'.

@EA_Leeuw I was given this code by a friend after I told him my original pre order code from The Collector's Edition from Limited Run Games didn't work (see my first post with you for more on that). I succesfully redeemed the code on the PlayStation Store as you can see in the screenshot I posted. The content didn't appear in the game. I waited a bit because I thought this was related to the other pre order bugs that were in the game. However I now have doubts those bugs are the same, hence this post.
