@ozgnr5qxiags Mine seemed to go from Filthy to Clean sometime between 8/12. Pretty sure it was 100% clean even when I was at 11/12 (Xbox Series X)
I went to "Cleaner" at 10/12 or 11/12 fish, and I am still at "Cleaner" at 12/12 fish. (PC, Steam.)
Mine eventually went to "Pristine" at 12/12. I'm not sure what the trigger is to go from cleaner to pristine, whether it's event based or time based.
After being stuck at "Cleaner" even at 12/12 fish, I checked back after advancing the main quest, and I'm now at "Pristine." The current main objective is "Locate [NPC]," which you get after unlocking the fourth entry in Chapter 5 in the Quest section of the databank. So it looks like, intentionally or not, the tank's condition is gated behind main quest progression.
