[OPEN] Game Crashing on Koboh (PC)

Thank you for the reports.

It's unfortunate to hear that some of you are experiencing freezes and crashes when you arrive on Koboh.

From the looks off it, you all seem to be on PC. Is that correct?

If you are on PC, we have some troubleshooting steps that can maybe help you in this situation:

• Check for GPU driver updates
• Disable video card overlays (think of GeForce Experience)
• Repair the game in the EA app or Steam/Epic
  • If you've bought the game via Steam, verify the game files like this.
  • If you've bought the game via Epic, verify the game files like this. 
  • If you've bought the game via the EA app, repair it like this:

Im on PC, i tried all of that allready and it didnt help at all.

something is wrong with the birds flying aroung there in  koboh. Many people complain that their game crashes upon seeing these birds flying off.

maybe thats the reason for me too but it crashes too fast, i cant confirm that.

Yeah, I'm just doing as they asked for a DXDiag, it is clearly software related as the CPU and GPU usage won't go over 50% so it's also bottlenecking our system.

It's something that needs to be patched, as this is awful performance.

i fixed it for me for now.

i gave the jedi survivor.exe in the task manager high priority.

that fixed it for me.

i can move again

Having the same issue. Game was playing fine in Coruscant. Once I reached Koboh and moved anywhere beyond the first meditation point, the game freezes. the sound is still playing but the game freezes and the only thing I can do is restart my system.
