i may have a similar issue, as I have checked every map and all of them say I have all the treasures from every were, did the holotactics and got the one from the stable, this is the only thing I need for a platinum, plus fix this.

i just checked the are mentioned in the post before and sure enough it was there, its weird because I swore I was there in that area and got that piece already.
