PC performance issues, specs above requirements

I am  having really poor performance. No matter what I do, the FPS stays between 45-50 and the GPU and CPU load won't go above 50%. I normally play at 1440p. I lowered to 1080p, and the frame rate st...

Me too.

But i make it in Optine it works with 100% performance and no fps drop. i go out of option and will play game than performence drop and fps.

And i cant contakt the supprt becouse its no option for it ...

Please help us :D
