3 crashes after the patch today all in the spawn of one hour. 2 with a error code 686 I think it was, and another crash with no error after fast traveling the screen went black and I coulnd close the game and had to restart the PC. So I agree game is unplayable after the patch.

If you're still seeing crashes after this, can we get a DxDiag attached? That will give us a bit more information as to what may be going on here, thanks!
For example, the portion you've listed here is typically one we'll see with GPU related issues. If you haven't checked for recent driver updates, I'd definitely start there.
If you have, it may help to use a program like DDU to completely remove the drivers so you can start fresh.
I tried a tip from a guy in another thread and upped the priority of the .exe to high in the task manager.
After that I have played 2 hours now without any freeze :-)

Tous mes pilotes sont à jour, j'ai tenté une réparation et au final, je viens de lancer une réinstallation complète du jeu (Merci EA pour ces délicieuses 35h de téléchargement...)
Quelque soit la planète j'ai des freeze monstrueux, des blocages allant jusqu'au crash au cours d'une simple réapparition.

Like my classmates, I had no gameplay issues before the May Day update.
All my drivers are up to date, I tried a repair and in the end, I just launched a complete reinstallation of the game (Thanks EA for these delicious 35h download...)
Whatever the planet I have monstrous freezes, blockages going as far as crashing during a simple reappearance.

I have the lastest nvidia drivers installed, 531.68 in my case, and I had no crashes before the patch so I dont think it's a driver issue.
On a brigther note, did a "Repair" from the EA app and I was able to play without any issues for about 2 hours. Will try to keep you in the loop if the crashing continues.
