I tried a tip from a guy in another thread and upped the priority of the .exe to high in the task manager.

After that I have played 2 hours now without any freeze :-)

@jopast Open your task manager,right-click on the Jedi Survivor process and select 'go to information'. It will open a new view where the exe-file is highlighted. Right-click on that exe and select priority -> High
