PC performance issues, specs above requirements

I am  having really poor performance. No matter what I do, the FPS stays between 45-50 and the GPU and CPU load won't go above 50%. I normally play at 1440p. I lowered to 1080p, and the frame rate st...

@jopast Open your task manager,right-click on the Jedi Survivor process and select 'go to information'. It will open a new view where the exe-file is highlighted. Right-click on that exe and select priority -> High
