I know that there are heaps of performance issues on Jedi Survivor and I know how to fix every single of them. At least, it worked for me and tripled my fps. I have an RTC 3060 laptop edition and an intel core i7. Lowering my laptop's brightness to 20 - 40 range increases the fps by a lot, bizarrely. I now am playing the game now bugs 60fps with high graphics settings on everything and ray tracing turned off. Also, there are no crashes for me now and my computer doesn't overheat until about three hours. Hope this works for you! It worked for me :D.
