@nilbogOG Did you kill the bosses separately? (See spoiler below.) If so, the three of them will be gone when you get to the final location, and you won't have that epic fight at all. You should stilll get the trophy though, at least I did.

You can bust the gates keeping them away from you with the acid fungus growths. There's at least one in each location.
