Post Game - Pylons Saloon won't open

I've just finished the main game and I wanted to go to Pylons saloon to finish the hologram mini game but for some reason. None of the doors will open to enter the saloon. 

The amber flashing lights turn green to indicate they have loaded but they will not open. Does anyone have a work around for this?
