Pre oder star wars jedi survivor for ps4. Cosmetics doesnt appear

I pre ordered the game 3 weeks after its release on ps4 pro. But still when i lauches it today, the hermit cosmetics doesnt appear. And all the pre ordered content as well. What to do? Please help.

    Currently unable to use the Pre-Order DLC Content in game, I pre-ordered the digital PS4 version and the DLC says it’s installed however it won’t show in game… 


    there also seems to be no trophies on this PS4 edition currently : (
