PreOrder bonus not loading for PS5

I preordered from Best Buy. When the Bonus Content code was emailed, I redeemed on my PS5 account. Then I downloaded the game. The bonus content does not appear in my game. Is there a fix for this? I...

Hey @rydoggy90nine,

Could you try to:

  1. From the Home Screen, highlight your game.
  2. Press the Options button on your controller.
  3. Then select Manage Game Content.
  4. Select the Install icon next to the add-on you wish to install.
