Preordered the deluxe edition but only get the standard

Preordered Jedi survivor deluxe edition but it is trying to make me pay for the deluxe and only lets me play the standard without the deluxe add ons

    Also, are you currently posting on the forums via the account that you also intended to use for the game?
  • @7a7072820b93d3dd I am also having a similar issue on Xbox.
    I pre-order the deluxe edition and have been playing since release with the add-ons in the game but, after some point today when starting up the game the the pre-order and deluxe edition content was removed from both my game AND my xbox account. I cannot even reinstall. The store tells me I have to repurchase even though my Microsoft account's order history shows I completed a preorder of the game prior to release on Apr. 24.
