Prospector with Nekko

Does anyone know what (if anything) that prospector with the Nekko that doesn't listen gives you when you get it to behave and bring it back to him? I was really low on health and talking to him when a sneaky BX droid threw a grenade at me while I was talking so I couldn't do anything about it, just as the guy was saying "here take this..." so now I don't know what he was going to give me.  I'm sure it wasn't critical - hopefully - but it's just bugging me now not know what it could've been as the guy was gone when I went back and there's no evidence i my inventory what it could've been.

For extra information, I also had a weird bug after that where a partial hud element was stuck on screen until I completely quit the game and went back in...I'm guessing it was part of the hud element that was going to tell me what I got as I was dying.
