Re: Amazon Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition bonus codes not received

Hello, I preordered the deluxe edition from Amazon. But did not receive my preorder code from them. When I contacted support they told me, that there is also another PS5 code for this game, that is called "POI-Bonuscode PS5" and that I should've received this in an e-mail from electronic arts on 28th april when the game released. I can not find information about this. This code has 14 characters. I am not able to redeem it for my PSN account or my EA account. Please help.

Good luck, I reached out to Amazon support and EA Help more than 5 times each, spending hours on the phone, over the past week and a half and am still empty handed. A ton of us are simply getting shafted when it comes to this preorder and EA is seemingly content with that fact.
