Re: AMD promotion code problem on Jedi Survivor

I keep seeing this reply, but you're missing the point of the issue. 

AMD's part is working fine. AMD Rewards gave us the EA code to claim Jedi Survivor through our accounts at ea.com. When we enter the code into ea.com, we get a message that says "You have successfully redeemed a product code for the account [[edit: email address removed]]. 

So we hop over to the EA app, but nothing - no game in our library. And if we try to redeem the code again, we get an error stating that it has already been claimed. So this is not an AMD issue, its an issue with ea.com. Can you please advise how we can all rectify this and get access?

    Yes this is the problem - please EA help us this is not fair!!!! Rubbish support from EA - just so frustrating!!!

    Same thing has happened to me. Redeemed the coupon from AMD via EA play/Origin or what ever its now called, and it still hasnt shown up in my library yet.

    Same for me. Redeemed code in EA App. Redemption was succesfull. Didn't start download immediately. Game is not in my library and I can't try to redeem again as the code is used.

    I am thinking this maybe an App problem - if I can get another code I will try via the web login. Just waiting on someone giving another code atm
