Re: AMD promotion code problem on Jedi Survivor
I keep seeing this reply, but you're missing the point of the issue.
AMD's part is working fine. AMD Rewards gave us the EA code to claim Jedi Survivor through our accounts at ea.com. When we enter the code into ea.com, we get a message that says "You have successfully redeemed a product code for the account [[edit: email address removed]].
So we hop over to the EA app, but nothing - no game in our library. And if we try to redeem the code again, we get an error stating that it has already been claimed. So this is not an AMD issue, its an issue with ea.com. Can you please advise how we can all rectify this and get access?
