Jedi Survivor: Pilgrim's sanctuary mission

I have playing Jedi Survivor on a Windows 11 PC. I am stuck at the pilgrim's sanctuary mission. I am unable to use 2 pull on the wall. It does not show up. I have check the forum and youtube videos. I cannot find a viable solution.
