Summarize your bug Bounty Mission stuck on rumor, Caij dialogue exhausted. Menu is not appearing and this is on my first playthrough.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It seems like this is not an isolated issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot access the bounty portion of the game. No menu, Caij dialogue stops. I can access the shop.
What do you expect to see? Expected the bounty menu to show up, ability to actually use it during the game.

Bounty Missions not appearing, cannot advance off the rumor portion of the quest. Shop is accessible.
