Re: Complete PC freeze at 13% of the game in different parts of the map

i have this Freeze always on the same place and some times in others places its like random freez and  I have a better PC than the one requested by the minimum requirements, i really need u can fix the problem couz otherwise i have to ask for a refound sinice i pay to play the game as soon as it cames out on steam, and i couldnt play more than 13% of the game that im getting this problem i let u a picture from the place that im getting freez on the game all the time and the information of my pc

this picture it was with hight graphic, and with amd fidelity turn off. the game works for me fine in epic mode but i have this freeze issue with all graphic modes.
