Have you searched this forum for your issue? There are many posts regarding crashes. Some of those may help.
If none of those help, I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, as someone may spot something causing your issue.

ive looked at many forums and talked with ea support for hours and ive gotten no lead as to why im experiencing these crashes. i think ive tried every possible troubleshooting method at this point so im beginning to think ive encountered some sort of bug? here ive attached mt dxdiag report.
Thanks for posting the DXDIAG report. It helps. It suggests your graphics driver needs to be updated.
Also, the Diagnostics section suggests you have some storage (and other) issues. I suggest you look into those issues.
just checked my drivers and everything was up to date? again i only experience this crash in one specific area, i can play the rest of the game completely fine.
31.0.15.3713, which is what you have installed, is not the latest driver. 32.0.15.6070 is the latest.
Crashes in specific situations is how game crashes typically behave.
I also called out multiple issues in the Diagnostics section that you should look into.
