Re: Error code CE-108255-1 on PlayStation

I am also experiencing this issue and none of the troubleshooting options worked for me. I'm really furious as EA seems not to care about us. I'have opened an Helpdesk tickets and the answer was "we are not aware of this issue" when, litterally, one of the very first topic of the list in the forum is about this....

I will fill a refund request, as this is totally inacceptable.

  • Maybe a hardware issue.  I didnt experiencing crashing on anyother games but utlized my warranty and get a new PS5 and knock on wood I have been able to play uninterrupted by crashes.

    maybe reach out to Sony about a repair or use a warranty if you bought an extended

  • Can anyone confirm this is a hardware issue? It seems weird that i was able to play Cod Mw2, Gow Ragnarok, Hogwarts Legacy, Spiderman remastered and miles morales. All of them without any problems. Only jedi survivor doesn’t work. That would mean that jedi bricks up consoles.

    I myself can play every single game under the sun and have no issues, yet as soon as I put this game in the console it crashes. I have had two different discs and wasn't able to play more than 10 minutes until the 2nd patch. Now this new patch has come out, I can't play it again. Clearly won't address the issue
