At any rate, please clear the EA App's cache and restart your computer.

Then repair the game. If you play through the EA App, open your game library, click Jedi Survivor, and select Manage > Repair. In Steam, right-click the Jedi Survivor game tile and select Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of the game files.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
