Re: Game crashes during Storm Run and other points on Jehda

Update: Turning ray-tracing off helps, confirmed by another user with the same issues. Weird because I didn't have any crashes beforehand and had RT on the whole time, it only started at this exact section.

I will try turning it off, its weird im only crashing on Jedha. took me ages to get off that planet the first time, went back to the previous planet did some quest no crashes went to the broken moon no crashes, back to jedha crashed 10 seconds in..

I tried turning off the Ray Tracing and it seemed to fix the problem and I didn't CTD. I think Ray Tracing is broken in this game so I'm going to play with it off although my computer w/ RTX 4090 should handle it easily.

CPU: Intel Core i9 13900KF
RAM: 64GB DDR5 
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4090
OS: Windows 11 Pro
GPU driver is up to date

Same issue here, Jedha is unplayable.

turning off ray tracing looks to of resolved my issue

I have the same issue. I have a high end rig and want to play with raytracing on. No issues untul Jedha. Now it crashes on the same scene every time. It works when i turn off ray tracing duhhhh but i paid for the whole experience not for some feature incomplete game. EA U SUCK. UR DRM SUCKS. UR APP SUCKS. UR SERVERS SUCK. DEMANDING TO BE ONLINE ON A SINGLEPLAYER GAME SUCKS.

I'm also having this issue. It's gotten to the point where I can no longer progress in the game. Which is truly unfortunate as this game is so good but these technical issues are really souring the experience of it. I guess I'm stuck waiting for the next patch since I already have ray tracing off and have tried other workaround that people have been suggesting.

Does not fix the isssue for me.

Lowlevelfatalerror on Jeddha all over the place. Every 5 minutes. Only started happening since they patched the game.
