@CroweUH1Y Do you mean a grapple balloon? It's pretty high up, I think only reachable if Cal is already on an upper floor. Or I might be thinking of the grapple balloon in the next room. Point is, climb a bit and then look up again.

I appreciate the response, but it’s just missing. I’ve gotten all the way up as high as I can go, and no balloons. Before posting this, I even watched a YouTube video on how to get there and it should be right there above the highest level. My game has nothing.
