I have the exact same issue except I pre ordered from amazon. Amazon even stated before i purchased Jedi Survivor that as long as you purchased the game before its release, we would qualify for the pre order bonus. I was under the assumption that there would be an insert inside the keep case with the code. I assumed incorrectly. 

I got this game for my 9 year old sons birthday, he asked me if I could try to get it early because he thought the bonus saber & skin looked pretty cool. 

It seems pretty clear that there's more than a few consumers that followed all the rules in order to qualify for this silly pre-order bonus. 

The back and forth is exhausting and quite frankly not worth it.

This small issue presents an opportunity for someone to step up and do the right thing for the consumers that did exactly what they were supposed to do to acquire this bonus.

Please do the right thing.
