Greetings!

I picked up my pre-order from Best Buy yesterday and I'm loving the game so far! However, I have still not received my pre-order bonus codes?

Here are some pics as proof. When I spoke with the customer service rep at BB, he told me that the codes would be sent to me via email as stated on Best Buy's website. So, I waited for hours and the code still did not arrive. I contacted Best Buy customer service (the digital department) and they told me that there was a misunderstanding between EA and BB, and the codes should have been inside the box of the game and there is nothing that they can do???? Can you do anything to help? I just want my pre-order bonuses.
