Unfortunately, I checked both my windows and my drivers, and both of them are updated to the newest version. The problem seems to be the game, which it does not recognise my controller. However, when I play FC 25, another game published by you guys. The controller seems to be working fine.
The Dualsense Edge still does not work on PC. Through searching, I see this is an ongoing issue. I don't understand why your game supports Dualsense on PC but not the Dualsense Edge. The Edge won't even function as a basic gamepad. The left analog stick does nothing in game, the O button jumps instead of evades, and I can't remap any buttons.
I have almost the same exact issue. I guess the game does technically recognize the controller, but the left analog stick does nothing in game, the O button performs X actions, and I can't remap any buttons. So the controller is completely unusable.
The controller works fine with other games I've tested (Elden Ring, MWIII, Hitman). It's 100% a game issue. Ridiculous that the DS Edge won't even work as a basic gamepad.
I was able to get my Edge working by using DS4 Windows and disabling Playstation Controller Support in Steam. Steam Settings > Controller > Playstation Controller Support = Not Enabled. (I bought the game through Steam.)
