@GolTor20 This is not a bug. On New Journey+ you get three unique perks. One of them randomizes your look everytime you die, and another one makes the combat realistic, meaning you can kill an enemy much easier, but incoming damage is increased as well. The third one replace enemies with stronger ones. Go to the Perks menu at a Meditation Point, and unequip these perks.
