@rihitohasumi  For now, no.  The EA App currently only works if you sign into it while online, although you can immediately go offline and your single-player games should work.  Since playing Jedi Survivor in Steam still requires the EA App to be running, that means you'll need to have at least a temporary internet connection.

There have been many complaints about a lack of a true offline mode in the EA App, so at the very least, the devs are aware of the feedback.
