Installed new patch as well but still, same error and no improvement at all. It is also hard to say that the devs are actually recognizes these issues to be honest since it is still not listed as "Known Issue" which is weird.
Unfortunately, the most recent patch didn't do anything to fix this issue. However, instead it actually gave me a NEW variation on the existing error message.

@EA_Barry Any recommendations? I can no longer progress the game because of the game continues to crash to desktop during the Jedha boss fight.
