Same exact thing happened to me with Amazon. Can't find help anywhere.
Same thing with Walmart.com. They tell me EA is responsible and EA keeps telling me to join chat but there is only an email under my ticket option. I’m noticing no one on eBay is selling the North American pre order bonus just 100’s of europe only for ps5. It’s like they ran out of codes and just are ignoring it now
