@Oliverson121Had the exact same situation but managed to fix it (maybe temporarily not sure yet) by going to an undiscovered meditation point and selecting fast travel. Game loaded for a few seconds before opening the fast travel map and after leaving the meditation point I was able to open the regular map again

(to be fair this was on PS5 so not sure if it works for other platforms)
