After this patch today this problem fixed.
For noe New Journey + for mee - 100%

    Yes, I can confirm this latest September 5th update fixed the issue. After it installed, I had to load into the save that was at 99%. Then I just saved and exited. The save now shows 100% and the number of treasures on the map does the correct number as six.
