Singing Ruins - BUG - STUCKED

Hi!

I'm just after learned the jump and dash. I've to go so i turn off my pc after the cinematic. 

Now, when I restarted the game, i'm stucked behind the door that you supossed to press L2 and opens towards the circular room with the wind blowing.

I just read that this is a more than known bug since the release, and still no answer and no solution. Are you working on this? Is there a solution more than trying to glitch your game? Or this is gonna be the last EA game that i'm gonna buy? Because I'm 25 hours on this, I have childrens and a work, and maybe i can playu 3 to 5 hours a week. Im not gonna play for another month just to come to the same place.

BTW, i tried everything: restart, delete the game and reinstall, hours trying to do the glitch and still i'm not able to...

I'm playing on a PS5
