Summarize your bug A bug??? Im trying to gain platinium trophy so I should scan or explore all enemies but it says you didnt explored "Urgost, the first of rayvis" (i finnished the story)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? idk
What happens when the bug occurs? idk
What do you expect to see? A solution

    You can finish the story without exploring all areas. You need to go back to that area and explore it.

    @DarthFDG Urgost is towards the very end of the game. Even skipping content, its just far too many hours wasted in pursuit of 1 scan for my final trophy
