Re: Xbox Series X it crashes each time I try to continue my game

Hi there, @abc81188280

About all I can think to try is deleting the personal saved data for Jedi Survivor. There is the risk of having your save deleted, but normally it downloads from the cloud. Please follow these steps:

  1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the Jedi Survivor tile
  2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
  3. go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!

  • Hi I already tried that option, my saved file is restored from the cloud but it must be corrupted somehow, I need a solution please I've invested over 50 hours on this game to unlock all achievements I can't start from scratch.

I'm sorry to say, I can't think of anything else. It sounds like your save is corrupt. In that case, it would be unrecoverable.

  • Is there a way to submit a bug report? This is unacceptable performance specially since it can be easily avoided with multiple automatic saves.

We don't really have a bug reports forum for Jedi Survivor. I can edit this thread to say that it's a bug report. I'm really not sure if there are any more updates coming for this game or not since we're a year past release.

Do you happen to have another console you can try downloading your save to? If you have a Gamepass Ultimate subscription, you could see if it's playable through cloud gaming on a PC. If that works, you could possibly create a new save and then try playing again on your console.

Something else that's a longshot is to delete your gamertag off your console and add it again.

  • I tried on a different Xbox and I was able to load the game, moved to another place to trigger a new save. I then used my main Xbox again, deleted my local saved game and started the game, this time I was able to successfully load my saved game.

    Thanks for your assistance.

Great! I'm so glad that helped. I know I'd be disappointed to say the least to have to start over. If you have any other issues, please reach out again. Good luck and have fun!

  • I have the same problem but I don't have the possibility to load thé game from another Xbox.

Do you have any other solution ?

Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else. Do you have a friend or family member with an Xbox you could use?

I'm sorry to say, I don't have any other suggestions. If I hear of anything else, I'll let you know. You're welcome to try contacting an advisor by opening a case here.
