What happens when the bug occurs? Ugly clipping issue that ruins immersion to the game.
What do you expect to see? I expect no clipping at all

Example of shirts that have clipping issue with the jacket are the wanderer shirt (clipping on the arms while moving) and scrapper shirt (clipping on the back and arms)

However, some shirts seems to have been adjusted so that it doesn't cause clipping issue with any jacket, like commander shirt. I expect the same treatment with other shirts as well.
