rumor investigate shack not completing correctly

Summarize your bug as far as i can tell i completed the sub quest as the quest giver / pointer gaveme the reward from her shack in town but i still have the quest active including te pointer to the area
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? would not know
What happens when the bug occurs? the pointer in the map stays active and the quest does not disapaer from the quest list!
What do you expect to see? i would expect the quest to be removed ones u collectr the reward from the quest giver / pointer

the sub quest to investigate the abandoned shack does for me not compleet correctly think i visisted all the spots needed blown out the reinforced door and even collected reward loot from the box in town!
