He's not in his building.What do you expect to see? I would like to be able to collect everything. ‌On my New Game +, Soont Madas never spawned and the floor is still locked. I have beat the story and collected everything on Koboh except the upgrade that's in his basement, which I'm unable to pick up. I've tried googling the problem and can't find anyone else with this issue.&nbsp;Update: he's still missing even after lastest update 6/20/237/11/23 still missing&nbsp;7/18/23 still missing
