Soont Madas Still Missing

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug Soont Madas isn't where he normally spawns and the floor is locked and I'm unable to collect the last upgrade in his basement. 
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Ramblers Reach Outpost to the building Soont Madas is in
What happens when the bug occurs? He's not in his building.
What do you expect to see? I would like to be able to collect everything.

On my New Game +, Soont Madas never spawned and the floor is still locked. I have beat the story and collected everything on Koboh except the upgrade that's in his basement, which I'm unable to pick up. I've tried googling the problem and can't find anyone else with this issue. 

Update: he's still missing even after lastest update 6/20/23

    I'm having the same issue. Soont Madas isn't in the basement and it's the last collectable I need. Anyone get a response from support? PS5

    Did you ever find a fix to this? It’s the last thing I need and soont isn’t spawning in his building. I’m like 40 hours into this and I really don’t want to have to do a whole new play through for one trophy
