Star Wars Jedi survivor keeps freezing on first mission

I have played my Star Wars jedi survivor only 30 mins  I bought it new and whenever I I am on first mission after 10 minutes the game crashes always on the same point.I have tried to restart the ps5...

    Hi @sarikoyolo 

    To confirm where you able to rebuild your PS5's database as well?

    If so, does this continue happening on a new save?

the game just completely freezes no codes are shown or something

its just instant freeze without being able to use at all the controller

and I have already made all updates restarts and standard procedures but no results ☹️
