You know that's a great idea. I posted a fix for this problem in this thread a long long time ago and I'm also shocked to see an update indicating it's still a problem! I think I too will just submit for a refund and indicate that the reason why is the complete and utter la k of support on this topic - which makes the game actually unplayable. Seems like a legit reason to me. Thanks for the idea 👍

I finally fired up this game after purchasing it during a Steam sale and found out about the input bug. The github fix worked for me. Origin is in a constant "updating" state but I can use my xbox controller again.

- 8 months ago**Update to above, adding the "EA app" as a non steam game to the steam library also fixes the issue.
The EA app is still garbage, there's no reason to have a launcher for a launcher for a launcher when the game could just be installed and ran but hey line go up or some nonsense.
