Summarize your bug So I am at the mission "Research Tanalorr via the Stone Spires", at the 3rd spire puzzle, instead of using the cube to set fire to the gunk at the waterfall, I trailed a huge line through the crack in the wall that you go through, inside, to the gunk behind the waterfall. This caused me to be softlocked and whenever I put the ball for the laser, the 3rd spire wont get destroyed, its like as if it wasn't activated. I currently cannot progress the story due to this.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So I am at the mission "Research Tanalorr via the Stone Spires", at the 3rd spire puzzle, instead of using the cube to set fire to the gunk at the waterfall, I trailed a huge line through the crack in the wall that you go through, inside, to the gunk behind the waterfall. I cannot progress the story ☹️
Im on the same mission. I have been trying to break the crystals for the 2nd geyser. however, when I use the laser to break the crystals it doesn't activate the geyser. So I can't get the updraft I need to activate the 3rd geyser. I've tried restarting the game and restarting the console. nothing works, I'm trying to figure out a way to now break the game in order to prevent me from starting over. I'm 15 hours in, on PS5, and very frustrated.
Same, 2nd vent not working. Completely stuck.
