Stuck in veiled hangar, force push / pull doesn’t move ball. Also take 0 damage

I DID IT! Well, I don't know if this works for everyone, but I'll tell you how I solved it.

So, first of all, switch planets: if I’m not mistaken, I was on Koboh; then, from the holographic map on the Mantis, place one or more markers in the unexplored areas of the planet Jedha. Once you’ve done that, travel with the Mantis and return to Jedha; in theory, the problem should be solved. In a nutshell, from what I understand, you’re forcing the game to reactivate player interactivity with the interactive objects. I hope this helps you—and others, too, just in case!

I have exactly the same problem. Did you ever figured it out?

Anyone know what to do from here ? I can’t progress further in the game it’s basically stuck here and I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled. It’s not doing anything different so now the game is useless to me. Very upset about this I’ve tried numerous things.
