Live streaming the game on XBox One is impossible

As the title suggests, it is impossible for me to live stream the game over discord on Xbox One as of now. I know that this has been an issue in the past, but apparently the earlier fix wasn't lasting too long. I'm grateful for any replies or suggestions.
