Stuck in veiled hangar, force push / pull doesn’t move ball. Also take 0 damage

Question

I’m on the mission: reach pilgrims sanctuary. and as I started fighting I noticed I was no longer taking damage or giving damage. I tried resetting the game, went to another world and when I came back the ship landed in the hanger and when I went to unlock the door where ceres room is, the ball will not highlight or move. Nothing at all. I’m stuck in the hanger. The elevator on the opposite end does nothing as well. I’ve tried numerous things.&nbsp;

Anyone know what to do from here ? I can’t progress further in the game it’s basically stuck here and I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled. It’s not doing anything different so now the game is useless to me. Very upset about this I’ve tried numerous things.&nbsp;
