So, the latest patch came out yesterday, and I assumed that the game would allow me to proceed to Kohbo. But when I got to the cockpit and pressed ‘travel’, it came up with the same message; you need to download and install the latest patch in order to proceed. What can I do?

Manually check for any available game update as follows:

Highlight a game thumbnail in your games home and press the options button to display the options menu.

Select Check for Update. If an update is available, follow the instructions to install the update.

  Having same issue PS5 physical deluxe copy, system up to date, game up to date still saying need to patch trying to travel?

  I checked, and it still says it’s up to date, but it still says it needs another patch. What do I do now?

    Have exactly the same issue, I am hoping there is another patch soon? Or someone knows the solution to the issue and advises us 🤷🏻‍♀️

  I don’t know if you read anyone else’s but when you check for an update it says that it is fully updated and no updates are available. WHAT NOW!

    I bought the game today on PS5 and am having exactly the same issue. Played first hour now stuck on the ship saying needs patch. All seems installed so I fully uninstalled the game and reinstalled and still have the same stuck issue? Whats the fix for this?
