stucked to location , road to cere 's door

i have a technical issue where i go to cere 's door, a bug happened, Cal fall down ad everything collapsed, the game  restarted to the last save point, i ride a spamel but the path is closed with rocks, no fast travels no anything . i am stucked to a location .
