Syncing achievements from xbox pc app to xbox console

If I play Star wars Jedi survivor game on the Ea play (I have linked my ea play account with my xbox account and using same account on my xbox console and pc) pc app. Does the achievements that I achieve on this game sync up or save up on my xbox account? (I have xbox game pass ultimate)
