Texture Loading Problem

I recently purchased Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and have encountered a serious issue with texture loading. Despite adjusting the graphics settings to maximum, the textures fail to load properly, making the game unplayable.

I have searched online for solutions but have not found a fix. I have played the game for a few hours now.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue or providing guidance on potential fixes. If this is a known problem, please let me know if a patch is in development.
